Save the date and join us for a wonderful pageant, where members recreate the gathering for the birth of Christ. Even more, stay for a special potluck next Sunday, December 17 following the service. Everyone is welcome, whether you bring a dish or not. Please don’t hesitate to join us for this special event.
The mitten tree will again be lighting the way to help keep the hands and heads warm of children and adults in need. The tree is in the Parish Hall.
Our outreach offering for December will go to the UCC Christmas fund. One of the four special mission offerings of the United Church of Christ, the Christmas fund provides UCC congregations and members and opportunity to reach out in kindheartedness to those who have faithfully shepherded our church and who now find themselves facing unexpected financial needs.
Another SBCC tradition is to collect for Heifer International. We have lovely gift cards for you to give to your gift recipients.

Here, visitors, friends and neighbors find hope and home. Join us for lively worship Sundays at 10:00 a.m. followed by lemonade on the lawn or coffee hour.
Children begin in worship and are then escorted to Sunday School or a children’s activity. Nursery care is available for the little kids (in the Parish House, lower level).
We celebrate communion the first Sunday of each month, and are proud to be handicap accessible. No matter who you are, or where you are on life’s journey, you’re welcome here!
